Abstract: Overview: Land rental markets allow flexible adjustment of farming area to other factor endowments, and contribute to the diversification of income sources and structure change. The objective of this study is to explore the quality of land rental markets and the ensuring effects on efficiency and equity, and to what extent the quality and the ensuring effects change over time.
