Climate change in Vietnam: Impacts and adaptation

Viet Nam is often presented as one of the countries that are most vulnerable to climate change. MoNRE, AFD and IRD have undertaken an ambitious scientific collaboration around the GEMMES Viet Nam project with the general objective to support Viet Nam in the implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement with regard to impacts and adaptation. Financed by the Facility 2050, this report materializes, on the special occasion of COP26, our common willingness to develop a long-term vision of the economic, social and territorial issues of a resilient development for Viet Nam.: Viet Nam is often presented as one of the countries that are most vulnerable to climate change.
